The Power Africa Toolbox mobilizes 160 different tools to unlock obstacles facing private sector power deals in sub-Saharan Africa. 

In the Power Africa Partners Toolbox you will find resources from 12 U.S. government agencies engaged in Power Africa and 14 international development partners that include The World Bank Group, the African Development Bank, the Development Bank of South Africa, the International Development Corporation of South Africa, the Governments of Sweden, Norway, France, UK, EU, and Japan, and strategic partners including the UN’s Sustainable Energy for All initiative, the International Renewable Energy Association, and the African Union’s New Partnership for African Development agency. Project Preparation Facilities Toolbox

A number of mapping exercises and assessments have been completed on PPFs in recent years. Building on these sources, Power Africa drew on its collective expertise in the region to generate a list of 13 early-stage PPFs that currently operate in Sub-Saharan Africa's energy sector.
