The United States Agency for International Development (USAID)/Mongolia is seeking applications for a Cooperative Agreement from qualified US and non-US nongovernmental organizations, private voluntary organizations, public international organizations, for-profit organizations, and consortiums of US, local and/or international organizations, to fund Mongolia's Emerging Leaders Activity. Eligibility for this award is not restricted.

Subject to the availability of funds, an award will be made to one responsible applicant whose application best meets the objectives of this funding opportunity and the selection criteria contained herein. USAID reserves the right to fund any or none of the applications received.
