Mobiles for Development Forum Asia 2015

USAID, together with FHI 360 through USAID's Mobile Solutions Technical Assistance and Research project is hosting a two-day Mobiles for Development Forum in Bangkok, Thailand on January 20 and 21, 2015.

The Mobiles for Development Asia Forum 2015 is a follow up to the successful one-day forum held in January 2014. That forum focused on showcasing successful examples of the use of mobile tools for development and discussing challenges/opportunities in designing and applying mobiles to development (click here for more details on the previous forum).

The forum seeks to expand upon those themes by catalyzing conversations and actions to create a more holistic and inclusive approach to mobiles for development, thereby resulting in lasting and genuinely impactful interventions. By popular demand, we have expanded the forum to two days to allow for a more in-depth exploration of these topics.

The forum is an exciting opportunity to meet and interact with approximately 100 people from the mobile technology and international development communities, including local technology firms, USAID implementing partners, donors and others who are developing or using mobiles for development. It will provide an opportunity for participants to learn more about what is happening in this space and connect with the wider community that is creating and utilizing these technologies.

Space is limited. Register here to attend.
