Colleen R. Allen is a management professional with 20 years of experience in the public sector. As the Director in the Office of Management Policy, Budget and Performance, Ms. Allen provides oversight and direction for the Agency's management policy and administrative management services and supports the management of the Agency's Operating Expense budget planning and implementation and operational management performance.
Prior to joining M/MPBP, Ms. Allen served in several positions in the Office of the Administrator, including Deputy Chief of Staff and Senior Policy Advisor to the Administrator. Her other career experience includes serving in the Bureau for Europe and New Independent States and the former Global Bureau.
Ms. Allen holds a Bachelor's degree in Languages and Linguistics from Georgetown University and a Master's degree in Public Administration from George Mason University.
