The 2012 USAID/OFDA Guidelines for Proposals has been updated in selected sections to accurately reflect policy changes. Below is the Record of Change for the Guidelines. The Guidelines remains unchanged and the policy changes noted in the Record of Change must be incorporated into all proposals as of the date of the change.
