110 girls from 10 regions across Azerbaijan attended "Camera as Voice" training implemented by IREX since 2011. The objectives of the project are to empower Azerbaijani women to express their views and promote discussion of critical issues, through documentary film making. The training is part of the Azerbaijan New Media Project supported by USAID.
