USAID will hold a pre-bidders conference to discuss the process and answer questions on September 23, 2016 at Impact Hub Belgrade, Makedonska 21 Belgrade from 11:00 -12:00 o’clock. The deadline for submission of the Proposals is 12:00 Beograd, Serbia Time on October 21, 2016
