A decade ago, Patricio Mamani's coffee production exceeded 15,000 kilograms per year.; this year, he hopes to reach 2,500. Yellow rust (fungus) and other pests have reduced his production. Despite the problems, Patricio continues to hope, clinging to a crop that he has lived with for 40 years.
