The Conflict Mitigation through Targeted Analysis and Community Action in the Kyrgyz Republic (COMTACA) project realized by ACTED was working with local community leaders in the South of the Kyrgyz Republic to analyze major conflict drivers and come up with the strategies to prevent the conflicts from happenning.
