Through the Pathways to Success initiative, USAID will create a path to employment for talented but economically disadvantaged adolescent girls through training, scholarships, and internships. Pathways to Success will provide workforce development training for adolescent girls in Sindh, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, and Punjab, while building their skills and knowledge in areas such as gender equality and civic engagement. This initiative will expand adolescent girls’ career options through their enrollment in public and private technical vocational education and training institutions. These institutions will combine entrepreneurship and income generation training with complementary programs to promote awareness of career pathways for women in the workplace.
