ARF is a venture capital fund managed by ACAP Partners, an independent fund management company with offices in London and Kabul, in partnership with Afghan Investment Partners LLC, an affiliate of Afghan Reconstruction Companies LLC. The Fund invests in small and medium size enterprises by providing risk capital (in the form of debt/equity) in the range of US$500,000 to US$5 million. The Fund's investment strategy focuses on attractive growth sectors, including in construction materials, agribusiness, distribution and logistics, and financial services. The purpose of the Fund is to maximize return for investors. In doing so, the Fund will contribute to economic growth, reconstruction and development in Afghanistan.
