In Morocco, the youth unemployment rate jumps from about 4.6% for those without a degree to over 20% for those with a university diploma. While about 120,000 new jobs open each year, employers complain that youth lack the skills - both technical and soft - to be considered as adequate job candidates. This is where USAID Career Center comes in: it provides services that help youth identify key growth sectors, choose the right field of study, and learn valuable soft skills to help enhance youth employability.
