On Thursday, November 3rd, USAID will celebrate its 50th Anniversary hosted by USAID Administrator Raj Shah with keynote remarks by Vice President Joe Biden, special guest Caroline Kennedy, and a performance by Grammy award-winning performer Angelique Kidjo.
