What are the steps to obtain a 607 Determination?

PVOs must select 5 countries where they plan to transfer Federal surplus property.

PVOs must submit a onepage project plan for each country.

PVOs must complete a 607 Determination Template for each country.

Upon completion of steps 1-3, the LEPP Team coordinates the submission of each 607 request to the USAID/ Mission.

Once the program receives your organization’s first signed 607 Determination, access to the GSAXcess database is granted.
