As Budget Analyst in the Office of Budget and Resource Management (BRM), Sam provides budgetary and programmatic analysis to Senior USAID Leadership in order to make well informed decisions to ensure USAID resources align with USAID development priorities. In addition to covering the Middle East and Development Credit Authority portfolios for BRM, Sam acts as BRM’s representative on USAID’s Credit Review Board (CRB), and serves to articulate and defend Agency development priorities to external stakeholders including OMB, State/F, and the Hill.
Previously, Sam served as a Budget Analyst in the Office of the Haiti Special Coordinator at the Department of State. Sam holds a MBA in International Financial Management from University of Maryland University College and a BA in Finance from University of Baltimore.
