Low Emission Development Strategies: Colombia, Jamaica, Philippines, Vietnam
USAID partners with over 20 national governments developing Low Emission Development Strategies (LEDS) to guide low-carbon growth and curb greenhouse gas emissions.

This video shows progress made by Colombia, Jamaica, the Philippines and Vietnam, working with USAID's LEDS-related project, Analysis and Investment for Low Emission Growth (AILEG), implemented by Abt Associates.
