USAID Acquisition Regulation (AIDAR), Mandatory Reference to ADS 302 - Direct Contracting. This version of the AIDAR is effective October 18, 2007, and incorporates changes from AIDAR Circular 2007-02 (published on September 18, 2007 (72 FR 53161-53165).
