Overview

USAID’s acquisition and assistance portfolio represents the greatest share of the Agency’s annual spending. In fiscal year 2012, 80 percent of all Agency spending went through acquisition and assistance awards. Awards with a total estimated cost of $25 million or more represent the vast majority of all spending.
