Overview
Participant Training is a learning activity involving Participants taking place in the U.S., a third country, or in-country, in a setting predominantly intended for teaching or imparting certain knowledge and information, with formally designated instructors or lead persons, learning objectives, and outcomes, conducted fulltime or intermittently. It involves the transfer of knowledge, skills, or attitudes (KSAs) through structured learning and follow-up activities, or through less structured means, to solve job performance problems or fill identified performance gaps.
